Greetings from the Principal, Maharshi Karve Model College for women (MKMC), Shriwardhan,Dist:Raigad.

           MKMC is conducted college of S.N.D.T. Women’s University ,Churchgate, Mumbai. Our aim is to nurture young female students to face the challenges in the nation and world and to achieve success in their life.

         SNDT Women’s University is the first Women’s university in India as well as in South-East Asia. The University was founded by Maharshi Dr. Dhondo Keshav Karve in 1916 for a noble cause of Women’s Education.

       MKMC is conducting degree courses B.Com, BCA & BMS which leads to career for job, entrepreneurship, family business, higher education & competitive exams like MPSC, UPSC, banking etc. We have state of art physical and digital infrastructure which includes computer lab, language lab and e-library.

        We encourage sports, cultural programs & NSS etc. which include the extracurricular programs, so our students always ready with knowledge and attitude towards environment (planet), society (people) ,economic (profit).

 Finally, students going out after completion of degree is getting transformed from student to sensitive and  responsible citizen who in turn takes care of her family , workplace, state , nation & society at large worldwide.
